I'm Jim Simpson, the founder of Team Finishes. With 50+ years of experience as a wallcovering contractor and a past business development executive for a national service contractor with 700 trucks and 1,200 techs, and biz development exec of the largest of non-franchised service providers in the world and have been in the middle of "too much work and too few qualified people to perform the work" conundrum way to often.
Our unique solution, developed as a membership LLC that addresses the issue by filling the gap left by fewer trained and qualified workers by providing a platform for experienced trade association, guild, networked independent contractors nationally who normally compete, to work in a collaboration within a legal and marketing structure custom built for them as members AND designed to help them work efficiently as independents with potential customers. Our senior members/site managers get to enjoy the benefits of extending their earnings as far into "retirement" as they desire.
We're new and taking on smaller projects and member contractors who want those larger jobs and like working in a team, with membe ownership and profits with others in their profession.
